Welcome to Steele Creek Presbyterian Church

We are glad that you have taken time to visit our website and we invite you to visit with us. A warm and cordial welcome is extended to all visitors at Steele Creek. We hope you will encounter the living Christ and experience the warmth of our caring family of faith.

Childcare is available during all worship services of the church. The 10:30 AM Worship Service always includes a Children’s Sermon after which children ages 3 through kindergarten may leave for a supervised Kids Time.

Upcoming Events

Dinners For Eight

Dinners for Eight will begin a new round in February and run through May involving Steele Creek our merger partner, Pleasant Hill.  This will be a great opportunity to meet our new congregation members and enjoy a good meal and fellowship.   To register or for answers to questions, contact Betty Small by email or telephone before the deadline of January 11, 2019.

ATTENTION LADIES CIRCLE

Our annual Christmas covered dish luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, December 11. We will meet at noon in the City View Room at Sharon Towers.  The main entrée is ham and turkey. If you are able, please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share but if you can’t bring something, just bring yourself. Your presence is more important that any food you might bring. Since parking is limited, please consider carpooling. Please meet at the church at 11:15 AM so we can fill cars and enjoy company as we travel to Sharon Towers. Please contact Becky Neely for more information.

Book Donations

Laurel Hedger is having a book drive to collect children's books to contribute to the Legal Advocacy Center.  The books will be used for the children while their parents receive consultations.  Laurel is doing this for her Girl Scout Gold Award project.  Please leave books in English or Spanish in the box at the Church office.
